Voyalib is an AI-powered travel planning service that generates personalized travel dossiers based on information you provide. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment and refunds

Payment is a one-time fee per dossier, processed securely via Stripe. The dossier is generated after successful payment. Due to the AI generation cost incurred upon payment, we do not offer refunds once generation has begun. If generation fails and no dossier is delivered, you are entitled to a full refund - contact us at contact@voyalib.com.

3. Access and links

After payment, you receive a private access link. This link is intended for personal use only. You are responsible for keeping the link secure. You may disable link access at any time from your account dashboard if you have created an account.

4. AI-generated content

Dossier content is generated by AI and provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information (prices, opening hours, local regulations, etc.) is current or error-free. Always verify important details with official sources before travel.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to automate trip creation, resell generated content, or reverse-engineer our systems. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

6. Limitation of liability

Voyalib is not liable for any travel decisions made based on dossier content, nor for any losses arising from use or inability to use the service beyond the amount paid for the relevant dossier.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
